From the beginning Matt was available to us and had great communication.

!!! We moved from out of state. He figured out quickly just what we were looking for in a property. He was so patient while we figured out just where we wanted to be. He grew up locally and is a wealth of information. After the sale, he has kept in touch and always available with questions about the area. We need a plumber? "call so and so, they're the best" We need a tax guy? "Call them "! And he is always right. I don't know what we would have done without Matt!

Made finding a new home easy! We looked at 4 houses and the 4th house was the one! He would use text or phone calls anytime we had a question! When looking at our new house he went around and checked everything out to make sure it all worked like the tub and water heater lights sinks toilets and such things I didn’t really think to do myself.
